  • About Me | NewView Safety Coach

• New View Safety Coaching | Organisational Coaching Perth | Perth WA, Australia

David Wollage is a certified organisational coach and new view safety advocate. Services provided include organisational coaching for leaders when implementing new view safety methodologies.

  • Speaking Events | NewView Safety Coach

  • What is New View Safety? | NewView Safety Coach

Why is it called New View? What is it? And why should any organisation want to apply it? ¿Qué es New View Safety? -Sidney Dekker

  • What to Expect | NewView Safety Coach

I'm here to help you achieve your goals, and sometimes that means pushing you outside of your comfort zone. I'll ask you tough questions and challenge your assumptions. I'll do this because I believe in you, and I know you can do more than you think. I'm not here to make you feel comfortable. I'm here to help you grow. So, if you ever feel frustrated with me, just remember that it's because I care. I'm pushing you to be the best version of yourself. Here are some specific examples of how I might push you: I might ask you questions that you don't have the answer to. This is because I want you to think critically and problem-solve. I might challenge your assumptions about yourself and your goals. This is because I want you to be realistic and set achievable goals. I might push you to take risks and step outside of your comfort zone. This is because I believe that you are capable of more than you think. If you're willing to put in the work, I'm confident that I can help you achieve your goals. But it won't be easy. There will be times when you're frustrated and annoyed with me. But that's okay because it means that you're growing!
